How does the reservation process works?

Once you choose the Cruise and the catamaran of your preference you can reach us via email or via WhatsApp in order to prepare a reservation form with the details of your tour & our cancellation policy.
If you wish to secure your reservation via email, we are going to request a deposit in order to secure your booking.

Should I provide my personal details?

We are going to need all guests’
- Full Name
- Passport Numbers
- Date of Birth
- Nationality
This information is required by the Greek Port Authorities & needs to be provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour date.
All your personal data are strictly protected.

How do I pay?

We accept payments through PayPal, Stripe, all major Credit Cards & Wire Transfers.

Can you arrange Transportation?

Yes of course. Upon your request, we offer Private Transportation before & after your cruise.
This service comes at an additional cost, but you’ll benefit from a great price as we are a local company.

What should I bring with me?
A.
We provide all the necessary amenities & services to have a memorable day on board.
You need only bring your personal essentials: a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses to shield against the strong Greek sun, and your cellphone or camera.

What if the cruise is cancelled due to inclement weather?
A.
In case of extreme weather conditions, the cruise will be postponed for another date after mutual arraignments or we proceed to a full refund.

What if I am not familiar with boats?
A.
Do not worry at all! Our experienced crew is here to initiate you into the world of the sea. All the safe means and assistance you may need are provided on board.

Can I swim during the cruise? What if I am not a great swimmer?
A.
Sure! We do have swimming stops, you can choose whether you will swim or enjoy the sun on the deck. Please inform the crew about your swimming skills and they will advise accordingly.

What if I feel sick on the boat?

In case of seasickness, we can provide a chewing gum and tricks to make you feel better. The crew is at your disposal for any further assistance.

Do you provide food or drinks on the boat?
A.
Our package is all-inclusive. We do provide a freshly prepared meal and drinks on board. Every package includes different flavors prepared on board during the cruise, using fresh local products.

Should I bring snorkeling gear?
A.
There is no need. Snorkeling gear is provided in all our yachts.

Is there any place on the yacht to have some rest or shadow?

Yes, every yacht features both indoor and outdoor areas with shaded seating, providing comfortable spaces to rest. The crew will gladly guide you to the best spots for relaxation.
